6. ਅਤੇ ਗੋਮਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ,- ਅਸ਼ਕਨਜ਼ ਤੇ ਰੀਫਥ ਤੇ ਤੋਂਗਰਮਾਹ

6. And the sons of Gomer; Ashchenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.

7. ਅਤੇ ਯਾਵਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਅਲੀਸ਼ਾਹ ਤੇ ਤਰਸ਼ੀਸ਼, ਕਿੱਤੀਮ ਤੇ ਦੋਦਾਨੀਮ

7. And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
|

8. ਹਾਮ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਕੂਸ਼ ਤੇ ਮਿਸਰਯਿਮ, ਪੂਟ ਤੇ ਕਨਾਨ
|
8. The sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.
|

9. ਅਤੇ ਕੂਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਸਬਾ ਤੇ ਹਵੀਲਾਹ ਤੇ ਸਬਤਾ ਤੇ ਰਅਮਾਹ ਤੇ ਸਬਤਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਅਮਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਸਬਾ ਤੇ ਦਦਾਨ

9. And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. And the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.
|
|
10. ਅਤੇ ਕੂਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਮਰੋਦ ਜੰਮਿਆਂ। ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੂਰਬੀਰ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗਾ

10. And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be mighty upon the earth.

|

12. ਤੇ ਪਤਰੁਸੀਮ ਤੇ ਕਸਲੁਹੀਮ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਫਲਿਸਤੀ ਨਿੱਕਲੇ ਤੇ ਕਫ਼ਤੋਰੀਮ
|
12. And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (of whom came the Philistines,) and Caphthorim.
|
|
13. ਅਤੇ ਕਨਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਸੀਦੋਨ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਪਲੌਠਾ ਤੇ ਹੇਥ ਜੰਮੇ
|
13. And Canaan begat Zidon his firstborn, and Heth,
|
|
14. ਨਾਲੇ ਯਬੂਸੀ ਤੇ ਅਮੋਰੀ ਤੇ ਗਿਰਗਾਸ਼ੀ
|
14. The Jebusite also, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,
|
|
15. ਤੇ ਹਿੱਵੀ ਤੇ ਅਰਕੀ ਤੇ ਸੀਨੀ
|
15. And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
|
|
16. ਤੇ ਅਰਵਾਦੀ ਤੇ ਸਮਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਹਮਾਥੀ।।
|
16. And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.
|
|
17. ਸ਼ੇਮ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਏਲਾਮ ਤੇ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਤੇ ਅਰਪਕਸਦ ਤੇ ਲੂਦ ਤੇ ਅਰਾਮ ਤੇ ਊਸ ਤੇ ਹੂਲ ਤੇ ਗਥਰ ਤੇ ਮਸ਼ਕ।।

17. The sons of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram, and Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.

18. ਅਤੇ ਅਰਪਕਸਦ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਲਹ ਜੰਮਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਲਹ ਤੋਂ ਏਬਰ ਜੰਮਿਆਂ
|
18. And Arphaxad begat Shelah, and Shelah begat Eber.
|
|
19. ਅਤੇ ਏਬਰ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਜੰਮੇ। ਇੱਕ ਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਪਲਗ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਰਤੀ ਵੰਡੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਯਾਕਟਾਨ ਸੀ

19. And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; because in his days the earth was divided: and his brother's name was Joktan.
|

20. ਅਤੇ ਯਾਕਟਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਅਲਮੋਦਾਦ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਲਫ ਤੇ ਹਸਰਮਾਵਥ ਤੇ ਯਾਰਹ ਜੰਮੇ

20. And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,
|
|
21. ਨਾਲੇ ਹਦੋਰਾਮ ਤੇ ਊਜ਼ਾਲ ਤੇ ਦਿਕਲਾਹ
|
21. Hadoram also, and Uzal, and Diklah,
|
|
22. ਤੇ ਏਬਾਲ ਤੇ ਅਬੀਮਾਏਲ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਬਾ
|
22. And Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
|
|
23. ਤੇ ਓਫੀਰ ਤੇ ਹਵੀਲਾਹ ਤੇ ਯੋਬਾਬ। ਏਸ ਸਭ ਯਾਕਟਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਸਨ।।

23. And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
|

24. ਸ਼ੇਮ, ਅਰਪਕਸਦ, ਸਾਲਹ
|
24. Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah,
|
|
25. ਏਬਰ, ਪਲਗ, ਰਊ
|
25. Eber, Peleg, Reu,
|
|
26. ਸਰੂਗ, ਨਾਹੋਰ, ਤਾਰਹ
|
26. Serug, Nahor, Terah,
|
|
27. ਅਬਰਾਮ ਜੋ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਹੈ।।
|
27. Abram; the same is Abraham.
|
|
28. ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਇਸਹਾਕ ਤੇ ਇਸ਼ਮਾਏਲ
|
28. The sons of Abraham; Isaac, and Ishmael.
|
|
29. ਏਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੁਲ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰੀ ਹੈ, - ਇਸ਼ਮਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਲੌਠਾ ਨਬਾਯੋਥ, ਫਿਰ ਕੇਦਾਰ ਤੇ ਅਦਬਏਲ ਤੇ ਮਿਬਸਾਮ
|
29. These are their generations: The firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,
|
|
30. ਮਿਸ਼ਮਾ ਤੇ ਦੂਮਾਹ, ਮੱਸਾ, ਹਦਦ ਤੇ ਤੇਮਾ
|
30. Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,
|
|
31. ਯਟੂਰ, ਨਾਫੀਸ਼ ਤੇ ਕਾਦਮਾਹ। ਏਹ ਇਸ਼ਮਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਸਨ।।
|
31. Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.
|
|
32. ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੀਤ ਕਤੂਰਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ — ਉਸ ਨੇ ਜਿਮਰਾਨ ਤੇ ਯਾਕਸਾਨ ਤੇ ਮਦਾਨ ਤੇ ਮਿਦਯਾਨ ਤੇ ਯਿਸ਼ਬਾਕ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਆਹ ਜਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਯਾਕਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਸ਼ਬਾ ਤੇ ਦਦਾਨ

32. Now the sons of Keturah, Abraham's concubine: she bare Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan; Sheba, and Dedan.
|
|
33. ਅਤੇ ਮਿਦਯਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ — ਏਫਾਹ ਤੇ ਏਫਰ ਤੇ ਹਨੋਕ ਤੇ ਅਬੀਦਾ ਤੇ ਅਲਦਾਆਹ। ਏਹ ਸਭ ਕਟੂਰਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਸਨ।।

33. And the sons of Midian; Ephah, and Epher, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these are the sons of Keturah.

|
34. ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਇਸਹਾਕ ਜੰਮਿਆਂ। ਇਸਹਾਕ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਏਸਾਓ ਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ

34. And Abraham begat Isaac. The sons of Isaac; Esau and Israel.
|
|
35. ਏਸਾਓ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਅਲੀਫ਼ਾਜ, ਰਊਏਲ ਤੇ ਯਊਸ਼ ਤੇ ਯਅਲਾਮ ਤੇ ਕੋਰਹ
|
35. The sons of Esau; Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jaalam, and Korah.
|
|
36. ਅਲੀਫਾਜ਼ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਤੇਮਾਨ ਤੇ ਓਮਾਰ, ਸਫੀ ਤੇ ਗਅਤਾਮ, ਕਨਜ਼ ਤੇ ਤਿਮਨਾ ਤੇ ਅਮਾਲੇਕ
|
36. The sons of Eliphaz; Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.
|
|
37. ਰਊਏਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਨਹਥ, ਜ਼ਰਹ, ਸ਼ੱਮਾਹ ਤੇ ਮਿੱਜ਼ਾਹ
|
37. The sons of Reuel; Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
|
|
38. ਅਤੇ ਸੇਈਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਲੋਟਾਨ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੋਬਾਲ ਤੇ ਸਿਬਓਨ ਤੇ ਅਨਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਦੀਸ਼ੋਨ ਤੇ ਏਸਰ ਤੇ ਦੀਸ਼ਾਨ
|
38. And the sons of Seir; Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.
|
|
39. ਅਤੇ ਲੋਟਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਹੋਰੀ ਤੇ ਹੋਮਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਟਾਨ ਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਤਿਮਨਾ ਸੀ

39. And the sons of Lotan; Hori, and Homam: and Timna was Lotan's sister.
|
|
40. ਸ਼ੋਬਾਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਅਲਯਾਨ ਤੇ ਮਾਨਹਥ ਤੇ ਏਬਾਲ, ਸ਼ਫੀ ਤੇ ਓਨਾਮ, ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੋਬਾਲ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਅੱਯਾਹ ਤੇ ਅਨਾਹ

40. The sons of Shobal; Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon; Aiah, and Anah.
|
|
41. ਅਨਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਦੀਸ਼ੋਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੀਸ਼ੋਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਹਮਰਾਨ ਤੇ ਅਸ਼ਬਾਨ ਤੇ ਯਿਥਰਾਨ ਤੇ ਕਰਾਨ
|
41. The sons of Anah; Dishon. And the sons of Dishon; Amram, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
|
|
42. ਏਸਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਬਿਲਹਾਨ ਤੇ ਜ਼ਅਵਾਨ, ਯਅਕਾਨ। ਦੀਸ਼ੋਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, - ਊਸ ਤੇ ਅਰਾਨ।।

42. The sons of Ezer; Bilhan, and Zavan, and Jakan. The sons of Dishan; Uz, and Aran.
|
|
43. ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਸੋ ਏਹ ਸਨ, - ਬਓਰ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਬਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਦਿਨਹਾਬਾਹ ਸੀ

43. Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the children of Israel; Bela the son of Beor: and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

44. ਜਦ ਬਲਾ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਤਦ ਜ਼ਰਹ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਯੋਬਾਬ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬਸਰਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ
|
44. And when Bela was dead, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
|
|
45. ਜਦ ਯੋਬਾਬ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਤਦ ਹੂਸ਼ਾਮ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੇਮਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ
|
45. And when Jobab was dead, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
|
|
46. ਜਦ ਹੂਸ਼ਾਮ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਤਦ ਬਦਦ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਹਦਦ ਜਿਹ ਨੇ ਮਿਦਯਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਸੀ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਅਵਿਥ ਸੀ

46. And when Husham was dead, Hadad the son of Bedad, which smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Avith.
|
|
47. ਜਦ ਹਦਦ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਤਦ ਸਮਲਾਹ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਸਰੇਕਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ
|
47. And when Hadad was dead, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.
|
|
48. ਜਦ ਸਮਲਾਹ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਤਦ ਸ਼ਾਊਲ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਰਹੋਬੋਥ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ
|
48. And when Samlah was dead, Shaul of Rehoboth by the river reigned in his stead.
|
|
49. ਜਦ ਸ਼ਾਊਲ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਤਦ ਅਕਬੋਰ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ ਬਅਲ-ਹਾਨਾਨ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ
|
49. And when Shaul was dead, Baalhanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.
|
|
50. ਜਦ ਬਅਲ-ਹਾਨਾਨ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਤਦ ਹਦਦ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਪਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਰਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਮਹੇਟਬੇਲ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮੇਜ਼ਾਹਾਬ ਦੀ ਪੋਤੀ ਤੇ ਮਟਰੇਦ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਸੀ

50. And when Baalhanan was dead, Hadad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Pai; and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.

|
51. ਹਦਦ ਵੀ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਏਹ ਸਨ, - ਸਰਦਾਰ ਤਿਮਨਾ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਅਲਯਾਹ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਯਤੇਤ
|
51. Hadad died also. And the dukes of Edom were; duke Timnah, duke Aliah, duke Jetheth,
|
|
52. ਸਰਦਾਰ ਆਹਲੀਬਾਮਾਹ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਏਲਾਹ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਪੀਨੋਨ,
|
52. Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,
|
|
53. ਸਰਦਾਰ ਕਨਜ਼, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਤੇਮਾਨ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਮਿਬਸਾਰ,
|
53. Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,
|
|
54. ਸਰਦਾਰ ਮਗਦੀਏਲ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਈਰਾਮ। ਏਹ ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸਨ।।
